Wells Street Popcorn

I love Wells St Popcorn and I recently got an Oak Park Gift Certificate and wanted to use it there, as it was one of the many participating stores. However, when I tried to use it the worker wasn't sure how to redeem it. I was spending about $10, and she wasn't sure to give me the change in cash. She tried to call the manager, but could not get ahold of him. She gave me the choice of either spending $25 to use up the certificate or pay in cash. I have to say that I am very disappointed.
