A 38-year-old Chicago man told Forest Park police, April 26, that two men took his wallet and cellphone on April 25 around 5 p.m. near the intersection of 14th Street and Harlem Avenue. The 38-year-old, who spoke to officers in Spanish through an interpreter, said he was walking south along Harlem Avenue when he spotted a white truck begin to follow him.
