Same owners, different reputation
In response to the article published September 14, 2005 “Pavillion nursing home indicted for neglect,” I would like to clarify a statement within the article. Pinnacle Healthcare of Berwyn and Pinnacle Healthcare of LaGrange Park are managed by Pinnacle Care Service and our day to day operations are not directed by the owners of Pavillion of Forest Park as the article implies. We feel being mentioned in the article implies that our facilities also provide inadequate care.
Pinnacle Healthcare of Berwyn and Pinnacle Healthcare of LaGrange Park would like to invite your readers to visit our facilities. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents by our professionally trained staff. Our slogan states “a new path to the future in health care” and this is our goal. Between the two facilities we have rehabilitated approximately 125 residents back to the community in the past year. We work hard to earn a positive reputation in our respective communities. Being mentioned in an article about a facility we have absolutely nothing to do with reflects poorly on us.
