Chop a bun!

Marshall Field & Company-later Marshall Fields-is now gone forever. Fannie May is gone as well, and now another institution, a landmark, Ed O’Shea’s law office above the bank will be relocated to 7502 Madison St. It’s still in Forest Park, but no longer in its familiar spot. Best wishes for a successful future to Sharon O’Shea, Kevin Katsis, Donna Eggers and all the rest.

Regina Murray and her tiny white bundle of a dog, Casper just graduated from puppy school at PetSmart. Little Casper can now sit, stay, sit-stay and down-stay for five seconds. Unfortunately, Casper’s long, flowing, silky white hair got caught in a sticker bush just days before graduation. But he is still a very handsome fellow, don’t you agree?

Apologies to Lucy and Joe Gianelli for giving them the wrong wedding anniversary. They were married on March 2, and here they are showing off the T-shirts their daughter got for them. Joe’s shirt reads “I’m not only perfect, I’m Italian.” Lucy’s says, “Pray for me, I’m married to an Italian.”

Apologies to Joann and Cliff Leber for consistently misspelling their names. Give me credit for consistency though.

Tina and Gary Neubeiser will be married for 15 years on Sept. 28. Congratulations Neubeisers.
