Dorothy V. Myrtle (Johnson), 76, of Grayslake, Ill., died on Jan. 27, 2007.
Myrtle was a former resident of Berwyn, Ill.
She is survived by five children, John Myrtle, David Young, Mary Handelsman, Ruth Jordan and Elizabeth Pechous; nine grandchildren, Jeremy, Cory, Becky, Kristina, Sarah, Cody, Becky, Tim and Cora; and a great-granddaughter, Hannah.
Myrtle was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Myrtle.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 W. Madison St., where a memorial service was held on Feb. 3. Interment will be in Glen Oak Cemetery.
