It’s good news that Currie Chevy is still selling cars in Forest Park. The last Chevy shifted five blocks west on Roosevelt Monday afternoon as Currie moved the dealership to the site of its former Chrysler store.
The village government’s smart action in working with Currie on a business retention tax deal will pay off over the coming years. The next challenge is filling the notable hole at Roosevelt and Desplaines. One thing at a time.
