On behalf of the Host Committee, I would like to extend thanks to the sponsors who provided financial support for the 4th Annual Juneteenth Family Pool Party. The 2012 sponsors include Consolidated Auto Service Center, Mohr Oil, Forest Park National Bank, Ultra Foods, Kiwanis Club of Forest Park, Leonard Creative Works, INNERIN2ITION, Currie Motors Chevrolet of Forest Park, The Forest Park Review, and the Park District of Forest Park. This year’s event successfully entertained and enlightened over 350 children in addition to their parents. Guests from several neighboring communities expressed their appreciation for the event and for Forest Park’s hospitality.
We would like to acknowledge to following Forest Park elected officials who attended: Commissioner Chris Harris (Forest Park Village Council), Mary Win Connor and Sean Blaylock (District 91 School Board) and Eric Entler and Cathy McDermottt (Park District of Forest Park).
