James Shogren, 86, of Forest Park died December 28, 2012. James was a United States Army veteran who served in the Korean War.
He was a resident of Forest Park for over 30 years. James had an affection for all animals, especially race horses and the stray cats that he would tend too with loving care. James was the brother of Helen Bowen, uncle of John, Dave, Jean and the late Carol Bowen.
Services were held privately arranged by Zimmerman-Harnett in Forest Park.
