Jacob T. Van Zant, 20, a River Forest and former longtime Forest Park resident, died suddenly on Feb. 2, 2013 in Belvidere. He is survived by his parents, Rod Van Zant and Cathie (Allen) Stafford; his siblings, Jamielynn (Chris) Costello, Jessica (Mike) Castronova, Presley, Allen “A.J.”, Mackenzie and Abigail Stafford; and his grandparents, James and Linda Myrtle. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Doreen Van Zant.
