The security guard said he was walking through the train at the end of the line when he observed the 57-year-old Chicago man, whom he told to exit the train. The man reportedly refused and instead urinated on the floor of the train car. The security guard said that as he was escorting the man off the train, he observed him remove something from his pocket in the reflection of the train window, and then recognized it as a closed 7-inch pocket knife. He ordered the man to drop the knife or he would release the canine. As he made preparations to set the dog free, the man complied and threw the knife to the ground, according to reports. The man was charged with misdemeanor criminal disposal of hazardous waste, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor aggravated assault.
