Angela Joyce (Harris) Nabicht, 43, died March 9, 2014. She took with her a kind, gentle presence that touched the lives of more people than she likely knew. She often lamented her diminutive height, but those around her were struck far more by the expansiveness of her spirit. She was quick-witted and funny, and she laughed frequently and joyfully. She was a peacekeeper who strove to find the middle ground. To the children to whom she devoted her time, she was larger than life, and even the brief time some of them had with her in their lives will leave them with a lasting impression of her beauty and kindness. Perhaps the best of her many attributes, she loved her husband, her family, and her friends selflessly, ceaselessly, and boundlessly. Those of us who had the great fortune of loving her and being loved by her in return are made better by that love, and the great depth of our loss is the final testament of her imprint on our lives. We mourn her passing, but greater than our mourning is our gratitude for the time we spent with her. She is survived by her husband, Robert, her father, Gary Harris, her sisters, Cynthia (Patrick) Guldan and Nicole (George) DeKasha, her brother, Richard (Kara) Morris, her step-daughter, Rachel (Michael) Pesola and step-son Alex, her nieces and nephews, Ryan and Andrew Guldan, Hannah, Michael and Samuel Morris, and Jack, Amelia, Evelyn and Kent DeKasha, and her step-grandchildren, Nino, Natalia and Mario. In addition, she leaves behind an uncle, Kent Sappenfield, many loving cousins, a gracious, extended family of in-laws, and a vast community of friends and neighbors. She is in joyful reunion in her new life with her mom, Sylvia Susan Harris.
