Sal Ferrara, recently resigned CEO of Ferrara Candy Company, was arrested and charged with battery in Naples, Fla. March 30.
Ferrara,63, of Oak Brook, Ill., was arrested at Aurelio’s Pizza restaurant by Collier County sheriff deputies after allegedly pushing and trying to punch a woman.
Bond has not yet been set, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s website. Ferrara has an April 16 court date.
