The South PTO collected over 50 board games and puzzles and distributed them in the classrooms at Betsy Ross for i’s Second Annual Game Night on Sept. 26. Children were encouraged to be engaged with their families, peers and community volunteers and explore different board games and puzzles. Game Rooms were organized based on child age and developmental levels. Special appreciation goes out to Betsy Principal, Mr. Milnamow and Field Stevenson Principal, Dr. Brunson who shared their time and talents throughout the night. The Forest Park Community Center staff volunteered their time and expertise in running the different rooms. In addition the talented community center staff enthusiastically ran the Charades and Pictionary room, the most lively room in the school. Mc Gaffers pizza gave the children and their families the right fuel to make the game night a success. Thank you to the families and friends of the South PTO serving Field Stevenson and Betsy Ross, who made our game night such a great event.
