The second graders at Garfield school worked very hard on their final project with their teachers Mrs. Luperini, Mrs. Goldenberg and school librarian, Mrs. Compere.  They learned about the rainforest in class then did research on a rainforest animal and wrote a report about that animal.  When their reports were complete, they each made a diorama of a rainforest.  They presented their findings to their class.  Then school staff and other classes were invited to view their dioramas and ask the students questions about the animal they researched.  They all did a fantastic job!
