Sharon Albano (nee Clasby), 65, of Forest Park, died on Dec. 7, 2016. Born on Jan. 15, 1951, she was a registered nurse for 30 years, working at Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park for 20 years and, more recently, as a surgical nurse at Illinois Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery Center (ISMOSC). 

She also practiced, with great success, training her pet, Oreo, in dog agility. 

Sharon Albano is survived by her husband of 45 years, Tony Albano; her brother-in-law Tom (Bernell); her many nieces and nephews; and her poodle and best friend, Oreo. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Terry (Helene).

A memorial visitation and service were held on Dec. 13 at Forest Park’s Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home.
