Proviso East High School is poised to host its annual Summer Band Camps. The camp, which will run from June 10 until July 18, is free and open to students going into 6th through 12th grades. Open registration will take place until the end of camp.
“Students will learn fundamental techniques for their instrument, learn how to march, play games and go on trips,” district officials said.
There’s availability for all band instruments (including flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba and drums), as well as dancers and flags.
