The Village of Forest Park will be testing its new “weather alerting system,” often referred to as the “tornado siren,” on the south side of town and its updated siren on the north end of town during the afternoon hours of Dec. 4.
Village Administrator Tim Gillian said residents should not be alarmed if they hear these sirens today.
