Summer Camp at the Park District
A new session of summer camp will be starting at the park district on July 13 and runs through July 24. Regular day camp hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Extended morning hours are available. Call day camp staff at 708-771-7381 or the Administrative office at 708-366-7500 for more information.
Beginner’s Yoga Online
The Forest Park Public Library is hosting Forest Park Breathes, perfect for those brand new to yoga and those with a longer practice seeking more focus on alignment. This class will teach essential breath, form and movement and teach students how to interpret the signals from the body in order to achieve the practice that bests suits their needs.
The series will be streamed live on the FPPL Facebook page, facebook.com/forestparkreads. You do not need a Facebook account to access the class, and the live class will be recorded for later viewing. The live class will be on July 6 from 10 to 11 a.m.
Virtual Game Night Meetup (ages 10-12)
On July 7 from 7 to 8 p.m., middle grade students are invited to participate in the library’s virtual game day meetup. Focus will be on trying different games, like Jackbox’s Civic Doodle, as well as virtual escape rooms, trivia and more.

Grown-up Game Night Online
On Wednesday, July 8 from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m., join the Forest Park Public Library on Discord for on online game night, including board games and party games. You’ll need a Discord account (discord.com/register) to participate. Advance registration through the library is required. Visit www.fppl.org/events/ to sign up.
Virtual Hip Hop Dance Class
On Thursday, July 9 from 4 to 5 p.m., get ready to move and have fun with the library during the beginner’s Hip Hop class, featuring an instructor from INTUIT Dance Studio. Register at www.fppl.org/events/.

One-on-one virtual career consultations are available through the library. Meet with Diana Munoz from Goodwill, who will help you formulate a plan and determine the best course of action to secure the best possible position for you. Phase 4 Seminars
