The clerk’s office at Forest Park’s village hall, which had been closed since Nov. 9 after an employee tested positive for COVID-19 and others were awaiting results, reopened on Nov. 18.
Mayor Rory Hoskins, who was diagnosed with COVID-19, is back at work this week.
