Judith Arnold (nee Amundsen), 93, a longtime resident of Forest Park, died on July 4, 2026. Born on Oct. 10, 1932, she graduated from Triton College with a degree in Nursing and spent her entire 30-year career as a registered nurse at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. She happily volunteered with the Forest Park Historical Society.
Judith was the wife of the late William D. Arnold; the mother of David (Penelope), Christopher (MaryJean) and the late Kathleen (Robert); the grandmother of Katie (Matt), Will, Josh (Natali), David, Jesse (Eric), Lisa (Philip), Michael; the great-grandmother of 10; and the aunt, friend and neighbor of many. She was preceded in death by many relatives and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 W. Madison St., Forest Park, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
