Well, then, our Inside Scoop event is made for you.
Growing Community Media, publisher of Wednesday Journal and the Forest Park Review, will host our first Inside Scoop event on Sunday, Feb. 1 at Robert’s Westside in Forest Park. Drop in. We’ll go from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 7321 Madison St.
It’s fun and it is free (you will have to buy your own drinks, though).
Three local arts and fun venues will be on hand to provide the entertainment. Comedy Plex in Downtown Oak Park will offer comedy. The Forest Theatre Company will perform a scene from a recent show. And Donnie Biggins, our Robert’s Westside host, will take a Name that Tune twist.
The snacks are on us. It is fully casual. And you’ll find more reasons why living here is so great while meeting neighbors you really ought to know.
