Thrive’s continuum of care includes individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; case management; psychiatry and medication management; school-based and community outreach programs; and specialized services addressing trauma. Our comprehensive approach to addressing mental health needs ensures that clients receive the right level of support when they need it most.
Additionally, Thrive is the regional emergency mental health responder. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, you can call 988 or reach out to Thrive directly at 708-383-7500 (then press #1). If appropriate, a team can travel to meet you 24/7/365.
