First-round competition in the 40th annual No Glove Nationals resumed with eight games Friday night in Forest Park.
Defending Forest Park Invitational champion Miller 45s played Thunder while top contender and 2007 tournament runners-up Windy City Limo played the Kings.
Loser’s bracket play started 8 a.m. this morning. Second-round winner’s bracket play starts 5 p.m. this afternoon.
There have already been several minor upsets and at least one contender expected to be playing tomorrow will not be.
