Does anyone know why we are getting our mail at 8 o clock in the summertime and every other day lately? This started happening before the snow storm and cold snap. We live on the 400 block of Beloit in Forest Park. This is getting very frustrating. Am I the only one ? We never get the same carrier lately either.
