On March 16, 17 and 18 the South PTO held its annual Spring Fling Week. All money raised from the event help to fund special activities for students and families at both Field-Stevenson and Betsy Ross schools. During the week there was a spirit day, a crazy hair day and a “cosplay” day in which students could dress as ytheir favorite comic book hero, princess, video game star or TV star.
Teachers at both schools held a raffle during the week with over 30 prize baskets. The week ended with a Family Night on Friday in which Field-Stevenson and Betsy Ross families enjoyed photos with favorite Star Wars characters, food, games, prizes and a dance party with the Comicon theme.
