In 1996, Carole’s Next Best Thing, had a smaller foot print with a beer garden in the back. Note the spelling of “Carol’s” on the backgroud sign and the beer garden advertisement above the bar. Carole’s Next Best Thing is located at 7307 Roosevelt Rd.
