James F. Herbert, 52, of Forest Park and formerly of Oak Park, died on Aug. 8, 2019. Born on May 24, 1967, he was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.
James was the son of William and Susan Herbert; brother of William J. Herbert III, Michael (Laura), and Mary (Will) Nelson; uncle of Sean, Ciara and Shamus Herbert and Danielle and Cory Nelson; and the lifelong friend of John Goldthwaite.
Services will be held privately with arrangements by Zimmermann-Harnett Funeral Home.
The family appreciates memorials to Hines VA Hospital or to the William Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
