Carolyn Brown (nee Klimesh), 95, a 60-year resident of Forest Park, died peacefully on Dec. 10, 2019. Born on Oct. 19, 1924, she was a parishioner of St. Bernardine Catholic Church. She worked at Avenue State Bank for 40 years before her retirement, which allowed her more time for her favorite activities such as square dancing, water skiing, swimming, and traveling.
Carolyn was the wife of Bryan Brown for 65 years; the sister-in-law of George (Theresa) Brown; and the aunt of Paul, Mark, Greg (Karen) Brown, Ed (Linda) Klimesh, Edna Klimesh, Eileen Chihok and Ellen Martell.
Memorial visitation is on Saturday, Dec. 21 from 9 until 10 a.m. at Forest Park’s St. Bernardine Catholic Church, 7246 W. Harrison St. with Mass at 10 a.m., followed by interment at a later date.
