The liquor license of Forest Park Tap Room, 7321 Madison St., has been suspended again. Notice was given to owners Lance and Hansel Law on June 19 following the establishment allegedly staying open after allowable hours the previous night.

This is the bar’s second suspension since it opened in October. From April 3 until April 12 Tap Room was forced to close and was fined $2,500 by the village for multiple violations, including serving alcohol after hours, failure to prevent patrons from drinking off-premises, failure to prevent patrons from causing harm to neighboring businesses, excessive noise and failure to adhere to COVID-related health guidelines.

More details on the current suspension to come.
