Arthur J. Shorner, 90, a longtime resident of Forest Park, died peacefully on March 10, 2022. A great friend and neighbor to many, he will be missed on the block.
Mr. Shorner was the husband of the late Delores (nee Pihart) for 63 years; father of the late Caryn Rowell, the late Linda Dolan, Herb (Pam) Shorner, and Peter (Christina) Shorner; grandfather of Tammy (Todd) Levine, the late Timothy Schock, Michael Rowell, Jordan and Reid Shorner, Zachary and Samuel Shorner; great-grandfather and great, great-grandfather to many; brother of the late George and Lester Shorner; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and the family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
