On Saturday, Wine Walk participants strolled along their usual Madison Street route. For $50 a ticket, participants tasted three wines at 16 locations, plus enjoyed small bites and local art — including Fiber Flash installations.

This year, over 30 participants signed up to create crocheted, knitted, sewn and quilted items. Over the weekend, they decorated Constitution Court with their hats, scarves, mittens — and the new addition of stuffed farm animals this year. Some artists worked on their crafts inside local businesses along Madison Street.

Just like the inaugural Fiber Flash last year, after the display items are washed and sized, they will be donated to the Forest Park Public Library, where those who need cold-weather items can pick them up free of charge.
