Forest Park schools will close again Tuesday due to extreme cold weather conditions, according to the District 91 website.  All activities and events scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 28 are cancelled. Some may be rescheduled, the web site said.

Again, District 91 parents who need emergency daycare have two options. The Park District of Forest Park will provide emergency daycare to D 91 students between 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Also, the Community Center of Forest Park will provide daycare for D 91 students between 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Students do not need to be enrolled in the Community Center daycare, Dylewski said. Parents will be required to fill out an emergency contact form, if the center does not have one already. The cost will be “about $15 for the day,” Dylewski said.

Cavallo said the Park District would be accepting students starting at 6:30 a.m.

“Students do not need to be already registered with the Park District, but they must be D 91 students,” Cavallo said.
