The Forest Park Diversity Commission will celebrate Pride month with an event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 22 in the Constitution Court parking lot on Madison Street.

Join the nonprofit 209 Together for a scholarship fundraiser for Proviso grads, from 7 to 10 p.m. on June 27 at Urban Pioneer Group, 7503 Madison St. A $65 ticket purchase includes snacks from The Heritage, Small Batch Barbecue, Mexican Republic, Zesty Catering, Big Guys Sausage and Azucar Rococo, plus wine and beer donated by Half Acre Brewery and Tenzing Wines and Spirits. Ronald McDonald Mobile Clinic
The Ronald McDonald Mobile clinic will offer students free vaccinations and physical examinations from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 27 at the Park District of Forest Park, 7501 Harrison St. Students will be seen on a first come, first serve basis.
The Blue Gate Theater
Join the Howard Mohr Community Center for a trip through the back roads of Shipshewana and Elkhart County in Indiana, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on June 26. Enjoy a culinary journey through Amish countryside, and head to The Blue Gate Theater for the musical, “A Simple Sanctuary.” End the day at Blue Gate’s buffet for dinner. Still Waters Preschool Co-Op will read stories about trees and people from 3:30 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the community gardens, St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 305 Circle Ave. All ages invited.

The Millstein Vaccination Program will provide Forest Park dog and cat owners with low-cost vaccinations for their pets from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday June 29 at the Forest Park Fire Station, 517 Des Plaines Ave.
