Forest Park Middle School said farewell to their 8th graders last week as families, friends, and district educators celebrated the achievements of their eighth graders at Dominican University.

Emelia Whitebone, valedictorian, gave the “Looking Back Speech,” and Lilliana Rummel, salutatorian, looked into the future with her “Looking Forward Speech,” both dedicated to their fellow graduates.

“Congratulations to the 8th grade graduation class of 2024 from Forest Park Middle School!,” D91 officials said in a statement. “Your hard work, dedication and perseverance have paid off, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. As you move on to high school and beyond, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. May you continue to achieve great things and make your dreams a reality. Keep ROARing, Class of 2024!”
