Gabriel J. Kahn, 21, of Oak Park was issued a citation at 1:56 a.m., June 17, for public intoxication in the 7400 block of Madison Street. Officers were on patrol moving large crowds of people from in front of a bar when they saw a man holding a cup of beer and standing on the sidewalk.
