My thanks to Stacey Sheridan for her excellent piece of journalism on the COVID testing confusion [Complaints put pop-up COVID testing sites under scrutiny, Jan. 19]. She was able to tie all the moving parts of the story together in a factual, logical manner. The interspersing of personal anecdotes made it even more readable. Perfect punctuation, too. Yes, some of us notice! Kudos, and I hope to read more of her articles soon.
